Welcome to the official website of the New England Town Homeowners Association. Here, we aim to provide information about our association, the services we offer, and how we can assist you as a homeowner.

Our subdivision consists of 442 homes built in the 1970s by A.T. Knopf, Inc. Amenities include a main recreation area with a fenced, private swimming pool and cabana, two tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and playground equipment. Playground equipment is located at three other locations on common ground.

New England Town is located approximately 1.75 miles south of the intersection of US Highway 255 and Telegraph Road (state highway 231). The subdivision entrance is at the intersection of England Town and Telegraph Roads. New England Town is bordered on three sides by Dierbergs Markets Telegraph Plaza, Cliff Cave County Park, and Oakville Middle School.
