GENERAL:

The following rules and regulations apply to the swimming pool and all pool facilities.

  • All rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice, if conditions require.

  • Violation of the rules and regulations are subject to penalties, up to and including immediate expulsion from the pool facilities and loss of pool privileges.

  • Parents/homeowners are ultimately responsible for their children’s or guests’ behavior, including personal responsibility for any damage to the pool facilities or grounds or injuries to other pool users.

  • The pool may be closed for maintenance purposes, health conditions, weather, or for any other reason as deemed necessary by pool management.

MEMBERSHIP AND ADMISSION:

The pool passes issued in 2024 will be used year after year.  If you should move, this pass stays with the house.  Your pass will get you into the pool from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.  At 9:00 pm, you are to be out of the pool cabana and pool area.  DO NOT put a hole in your pool pass.  That will cause it not to work.  If you lose or damage your pass there will be a $20.00 replacement fee.  The original card will be deactivated, before a new card is issued.

  • Admission to the pool is limited to residents in good standing (assessments paid up), their families, and guests.

  • There is no charge for guests. A resident of New England Town must accompany guests at all times.

  • Pool passes are NOT to be loaned out to non-residents.

  • Pool management reserves the right to refuse admission to the pool area to any individual who has a contagious disease or infectious condition.

  • Your child has to be 14 or older in order to come to the pool alone.  An individual needs to be 18 or older to bring someone under the age of 14.
